🏊♂️ Friday Night Swim Meet Information 🏊♀️

📍 Location: Palisades High School Natatorium

Please review the following facility guidelines and meet information before arriving:

⏰ Schedule
• Doors Open: 5:00 PM
• Warm-Ups Begin: 5:20 PM
• National Anthem: 6:00 PM
• First Event Immediately Following

🏊 Warm-Up Assignments (5:20-5:50 PM)
• Berewick: Lanes 1-2
• River Hills: Lanes 3-4
• Palisades: Lanes 5-6
• HFD: Lanes 7-8

🏊 Team Seating
All swimmers and teams will be seated inside the pool area along the Lane 8 side of the facility.

🚫 Parent Access
• Parents are not permitted on the swimmer/team side of the pool unless they are actively serving in a volunteer role.
• Parents are not permitted in the locker rooms.
• Parents and spectators should use the bleachers located on the Lane 1 (starter) side of the pool.
• Restrooms for parents and spectators are available in the hallway.

🏊 Locker Rooms
• Swimmers should use the locker rooms for changing and restroom needs.
• Swimmers are not permitted in the hallways except when entering or exiting the facility.
• Any swimmer found loitering in the hallways will not be allowed to compete.

🙋 Volunteer Requirements
Each team is responsible for providing:
• 2 Timers per half
• 1 Stroke Judge per half
• 1 Tattoo Volunteer per half

A total of 2 tattoo volunteers will be working during first half and 2 tattoo volunteers during second half.

🚫 Facility Rules
• No glass containers are allowed inside the facility.
• Please help keep walkways, hallways, and exits clear throughout the meet.

🌮 Food & Drinks
Goldfingers Food Truck and the Smoothie Truck will be set up in the Senior Lot and available throughout the meet.
