Good afternoon Sharks Families,

We are looking forward to watching our swimmers in the Championship Meet tomorrow. Please read this entire email and the Championship Guide attachment, as there are many details. Here are some important points:

Saturday July 19, 2025
Palisades High School

Arrive 8:00am
Warm-ups 8:45am
First Event called at 9:30

Volunteers - Only deck pass holders will be allowed on deck with swimmers. You can sit in the spectator area, or with the swimmers. If you are outside with the swimmers, we will expect help wrangling your swimmer. 

Swimmers - River Hills swimmers will be staged outside. There is a diagram and information in the Championship Meet Guide - PLEASE READ. Please keep in mind it will be very hot tomorrow. We will provide tents for the team, but please make sure they are supplied with water and healthy snacks to help keep them hydrated.

Food and Drinks -  Please pack snacks/drinks for your swimmers. There will also be food vendors at the event this year.

REST - Please have an early night for your swimmers. They have worked hard all season, and we want them to be able to perform at their best.

Spectators - You may bring chairs to sit on in the spectator area. It is an indoor pool, and it will be warm and humid. Please dress accordingly.

The Entries for tomorrow and the Heat Sheet are attached. Copies are provided for volunteers only.

END OF SEASON BANQUET

The banquet will be Sunday, July 20th from 3:00-5:00 in the Cove Room at the River Hills Country Club. An ice cream sundae bar will be provided. A member cash bar will also be open.
