Hey Sharks Families!!

Tonight is our meet vs Berewick and Huntington Forest! This is a tri-meet, and should be a big one!

We still need the following for volunteers: 6u boys shark wrangler - very important! If you have a child in this age group, and we do not an adult volunteer, the parents will be responsible for getting their own kids to their events!; Stroke and Turn Judge; Tattoo Runner (second half). Please go here to sign up and help out - it's crucial for us to have help to make these meets run smoothly and efficiently!

Details for tonight:

• Arrival is 4:30p - please arrive on time!
• Warm-Ups start at 5:00p
• Please wear team suit and team cap
• Swimmers should be marked when they arrive
• Please print your own heat sheets, as we will only have them available for volunteers (attached at the bottom of this email)

We will have a food truck tonight! CharSmoke BBQ will be on site, and we have a very limited concession stand available - drinks and chips. The cabana bar will be open with snacks, drinks, beer, wine, and margaritas. Please plan accordingly for your swimmer.

Parking: please park in the country club parking lot. There will be no parking available in the lower pool lot for families. Also, there is no parking along Cove Road due to club and street rules. Thank you for understanding!

During the meet, all swimmers will remain in the swimmer area. Please do not let them swim in the family pool between events. We will not have the capacity to go find them when it's their turn to swim. Remind your swimmers to ask their time when they get out of the water, and if they beat their previous time, go see the coaches so they can sign their shirts!
