Good afternoon Sharks families!

We are so excited to have our practice meet tonight! Please read this entire email, as it contains important reminders.

Arrival, Team Photo & Warm-ups

Please arrive by 4:30. We will take our team photo at 4:45. Please do not mark your kids. It will be a team effort after the picture, so bring sharpies! Warm-ups will begin at 5:00 and first event will begin around 5:45.

Concessions

We will have pizza & water available for purchase this evening. Cash or Venmo only. The cabana bar will be open, accepting member numbers or credit cards only.

Heat Sheet

The heat sheet and swimmer entries are attached. Please print these out at home and bring them with you, as we will have a limited number of copies available.

Swimmers

Please have your kids pack activities to keep them busy. As a reminder, swimmers should remain in the team area until they have completed all of their events. Please let the team parent know when you take your child.

Final reminders:
