Hi Sharks Parents!

Great first day of practice yesterday! The kids were enthusiastic, excited, and all worked hard and listened great. We would LOVE for you to take pictures this season and either share with us or tag us on social media (Facebook) with the hashtag #rhsharks2023. 

Just a few reminders: when your swimmer is not in the pool for their designated practice time, they cannot be in the competition pool, and we would prefer that they not be around the edge, as it is distracting to the swimmers in the pool.

Also, please see the note below from the country club in regards to the family pool:

"There MUST be responsible adult supervision on the family pool deck at all times in case someone trips, falls, hits their head, etc. NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN the family pool at any time (until official open hours after Memorial Day). Failure to follow these guidelines will result in revocation of privileges. Please clean up after yourselves and straighten all chairs and tables back to original places."

In order for us to make it easier on kids and parents, moving forward, the upper level of the competition pool will be open. We suggest that kids spread out towels, bring games, cards, snacks, etc. and gather there when they are not practicing/waiting on siblings. May 30th-June 4th the family pool will be open 4-8pm, and on June 5th, it is officially open from 10:00am-8:00pm. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us with this these first few weeks of swim season.
